Wine 1 - Primrose Hill from Chapel Down Brut Prestige NV

Stylish and fun label portraying the skyline as seen from Primrose Hill itself. The wine is rich yet refreshing with both breadth and finesse - stylish but dangerously gluggable.

Winemaker Owen Elias can't quite bring himself to admit that is one of the best sparkling wines Chapel Down have ever produced!

Wine 2 - Chapel Down Pinot Blanc 2005 75cl

Elegant wine, grapey and vinous, subtle and slightly peppery on the palate. This wine is maturing well.

Starter

Pan fried mackerel, watercress, mustard sauce

Wine 3 - Primrose Hill Lamberhurst Estate Bacchus 2007

England's answer to Sauvignon Blanc really benefits from some bottle age at this level, and this Bacchus has blosomed beautifully over the last few months.

Off dry in style, it is full of elderflower and Cox's apple flavours. 

Main Course

Slow roasted Hampshire free range pork belly, parsnip & black pudding hash, bramley apple sauce & cider gravy

OR

Pearl barley risotto, foraged New Forest mushrooms, shaved old Winchester, Pratt's rapeseed oil

Wine 4 - Primrose Hill Tenterden Estate Rose 2007 75cl

Deep vivid cherry-pink in colour. The nose is rich and ripe with red berry fruit aromas. Lots of cherry and damson fruit on the palate which is soft, round and full. Good texture and a dry finish.

Mini sticky toffee pudding, glazed baked rice, treacle tart & clotted cream
