Think sun, think money, and think perfect wine growing conditions and you have wine heaven. We will try some interesting and unusual grape varieties, some will surprise you and some will beguile you, but the one thing you won’t be is disappointed!

 

Wine 1 - Delicato Family Vineyards Pinot Grigio

Delicate floral, citrus and candied fruit aromas, followed by flavours of lemon, peach and nectarine.

It has a pleasant round mouth feel with light ginger

 

Wine 2 - Clay Station Lodi Unoaked Viognier

Floral aromas of sweet oranges & tangerines, with a hint of honeysuckle, complemented by crisp &

refreshing tropical fruit flavours on the palate

Wine 3 - Loredana Pinot Noir

Elegant aromas of black cherry and cinnamon followed by flavours of fresh raspberries and strawberries with a hint of vanilla. A joy for the senses!

Rare seared hanger steak, butter poached Ringwood crayfish

Rigatoni, roasted egg plant, cippolini, aurgala & shaved Parmigiano V

 

Wine 4 - Morgan Cotes du Crow’s Grenache/Syrah

Ripe blackberry and vanilla tinged Syrah fruit, with classic strawberry/rhubarb Grenache notes on the nose and palate. Medium bodied but with plenty of punchy fruit flavours
